We’re excited to officially introduce our new logo. It’s a small update, but one that better reflects the care, planning, craftsmanship, and performance that go into every home we build and remodel.

My goal has always been, and always will remain the same — to be a trusted partner throughout the building process, "Always on Point" as we deliver a home that performs well for your family for years to come and one you can be proud of.

You may still see our previous logo in some places as we continue updating our website, signage, vehicles, and materials over the coming months.

We’re excited to share that our newest spec home in Howard will be featured in this fall’s Showcase of Homes! 🏡

Construction is getting underway now, and this home will be available for purchase once the foundation is in place.

The design includes a warm, timeless kitchen featuring painted cabinetry, a stained island, quartz countertops, and champagne bronze lighting.

On the exterior, the combination of board-and-batten siding, stone accents, and a welcoming front elevation reflects the level of planning and detail that goes into every home we build.

We’ll be sharing progress as construction continues over the next few months.

Most homeowners think change orders happen during construction.

In reality, they usually start much earlier.

They often come from things like:

• Selections that weren’t finalized yet
• Details that were still being decided
• Scope that wasn’t fully defined
• Pricing that moved forward before planning was complete

By the time construction begins, those unknowns are already part of the project.

Later on, they show up as change orders.

Some change orders are unavoidable.

But the more decisions that are made before construction starts, the smoother the process usually becomes—and the fewer surprises happen along the way.
