Great Lakes TV Seal has been in business since 1984 specializing in cleaning, televising, grouting, air testing, deflection testing, joint testing and sealing, manhole rehabilitation, chemical root foaming and CIPP repairs. has been inspecting laterals with a LETS (Lateral Evalutation TV System) since 1998. We purchased one of the first 3 systems off of Aries production line and assisted with thei

r research and development. All Great Lakes TV Seal CCTV technicians have successfully completed the PACP (Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program) as developed by NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies) representing detailed understanding of the defect coding and assessment system contained in PACP. This certification demonstrates Great Lakes TV Seal's ability to provide standardization and consistency in the way we evaluate pipe condition and how to manage TV inspection results. Through the use of PACP we provide a comprehensive report and digital video of each pipe segment televised. Using this reporting structure, we are able to provide our customers with a reliable reservoir of data that describes the pipe which can be used in prioritization, planning, maintenance and renovation of wastewater collection systems.
