We hope to see you tonight and Saturday, but just so everyone knows that showcase will be closed on Sunday. Thank you.

Bad news first: The Showcase will be closed on Sunday due to the predicted weather and snow emergencies being put into effect in many of the municipalities where the Showcase homes are located.

The good news: You still have tonight from 4:00 – 7:00 PM and tomorrow from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM to tour the remaining homes on your list!

And don’t forget — three amazing remodel projects will be open all day tomorrow as well. Make sure to add them to your stops before the Showcase wraps up.

Anyone sick of all the white woodwork, white walls, etc? Well here’s a beautiful home that we just finished. Wow, now that’s some color! Love when one of our customer steps outside the box. This home features black walnut cabinets, tile floors throughout the whole first floor and many more unique items.

Just WOW. This is like living the dream. Beautiful home we just completed in a secluded neighborhood right of the bay with a beautiful beach that you can actually use. You would never know this area existed. Congrats to these wonderful clients of ours. Lots of memories to be made.

Testimonial Tuesday - Mark and Shelly LeMense helped us take our high level vision and turn it into our dream home. Early on as our vision evolved they were right there providing very valuable input. Mark helped us understand the pros and cons of different styles to pick the best one for us. He even provided input on our lot purchase to make sure we got one that worked well. Shelly helped us through every step of the process with very open communications along the way. Sometimes she knew better than we did what we wanted, but made sure we knew it was our decision. She supported us literally from start to finish while going above and beyond on numerous occasions. Our home was built very quickly with the best quality. We were very worried about all the decisions of building a new home, but they made it so easy. In the past we said we would never build, but so happy we did with LeMense Quality Homes. Follow-up since our home completion has been awesome as well. Thank you so much Mark and Shelly for all you did for us!!
