Dan is a great listener. Not only to his customers, but to everyone at Apex. His extensive knowledge of the HVAC industry, combined with his honest and straightforward approach, makes him someone customers truly trust. A simple "thank you" goes a long way, but when you add brownies to it, the appreciation is that much sweeter! We surprised the Apex Heating and Air Conditioning technicians who installed a new air conditioner at our funeral home with some delicious brownies to take back to their office in appreciation of their efforts.

Ryan’s laugh is truly contagious! He has a great sense of humor, but what really stands out is how he brings everyone along with him. If you weren’t laughing before, you definitely will be once he gets going.

Beyond that, Ryan consistently puts in the hard work as an HVAC Installation Technician. He has not only excelled in his technical skills, but has also grown into a strong leader, guiding and supporting those he works with every day. We’re proud to have him on the team and appreciate everything he brings to the job! Congratulations Ryan!!

Sean not only has the kindest heart, he’s endlessly patient, gentle, and carries a deep love for Star Wars that brings him so much joy. If anyone needs help — at any time — Sean is there without hesitation. He shows up with love, loyalty and heart. It’s simply who he is.

When he’s not working, he’s making memories with his kids at Blizzard games, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, or diving into all things Star Wars. He is deeply devoted to his children and fiercely loyal to his friends, always putting others before himself. Congratulations Sean!
