Mavid was proud to co-sponsor a hole alongside Woodstone Inc at the Menominee Open Charity Golf Outing hosted by the Menominee Nation News at Golden Sands Golf Course in Cecil, Wisconsin.

This two-day event brought together golfers from the surrounding communities and Tribal Nations for a weekend filled with competition, camaraderie, and giving back. From the tournament play and raffle prizes to the awards celebration, the event highlighted the power of community support and generosity.

Over the past eight years, the Menominee Open has contributed more than $12,500 back into local community organizations and families in need and we are honored to have been part of this year’s event.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, and supported this meaningful cause. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help make a positive impact in the community alongside Woodstone and the Menominee Nation.

Mavid Construction Services, LLC has left its mark on some incredible projects over the years.

Below, we've got one clue + one preview image for three of the many projects we are honored to have been a part of.

PROJECT #1 CLUE
This was Mavid's very first project: a $1.3M drywall installation contract at a resort and convention center in the desert Southwest. A 40-person crew worked on site for eight months, and this project set the tone for everything that came after.

PROJECT #2 CLUE
Mavid is proud to have been trusted across multiple phases of work over the years at one of the most iconic stadiums in America! Mavid has performed multiple scopes at this venue, including a refresh of luxury suites, replacement of outside-facing glass within, and providing the drywall services and ceilings work for the construction of a brand-new service building for television networks. Mavid also performed multiple scopes on the north and south end zone project, providing metal-stud and drywall, glass and glazing, and flooring and ceramic tile.

PROJECT #3 CLUE
With 40+ installers on site at peak, Mavid tackled exterior steel studs and drywall for a brand-new 30,000 sq. ft. athletic facility. The building includes 8 basketball courts, 5 studios, an Olympic-size pool, an indoor track, and more (sounds like somewhere we'd want to go to school).

Flashback to our walkthrough with Wolf River Development Company last fall at the site of the first multi-home new-construction project on the Menominee Nation in over 25 years—a project Mavid Construction Services, LLC is proud to have partnered on.

It's amazing what difference a few months can make in this industry!

Sharing laughter on the land together, long before a shovel ever touched the ground, reminded us that the most important work in our industry is relationship-based: building trust, deep listening, collaborative visioning, and aligning around what places and communities truly need.

As a Native-owned and -led, union-certified company, we're especially proud to work with tribes, Native-led CDFIs, and tribally-owned development corporations like Wolf River Development Company to build beautiful, safe new-construction homes that our communities can utilize for generations to come. More than projects, these are pathways to address the critical housing shortage in Indian Country.

We are honored to share that Mavid Construction Services, LLC received an award at the 2025 Build Wisconsin Awards for our work on the Menominee Nation High School in Keshena, WI. Thank you to the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin for recognizing our team’s work!

This project represents more than a building. The new Menominee Nation High School reflects cultural identity and a brighter future for Menominee youth. Mavid Construction was proud to help create a space rooted in pride, learning, and community. Specifically, we worked on its drywall, acoustical ceilings and panels, and glass scopes.


We extend our gratitude to Miron Construction Co., Inc., Somerville Architects + Engineers, and the Menominee Menominee Indian School District for trusting us to be part of this work.

The Menominee Nation High School project holds deep personal meaning for our Managing Member, Zoar Fulwilder. Fulwilder attended 3rd grade in the Menominee School District and has multiple family members who graduated from the high school. Mavid is honored to have played a part in improving the tribe’s educational facilities.
