We had the privilege of welcoming the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) Board of Directors to Green Bay for their Summer Board Meeting.

The visit gave everybody the opportunity to experience a little bit of what makes Green Bay special. The group kicked off their stay with a guided tour of Lambeau Field, where they learned about the rich history of the Green Bay Packers and explored one of the most iconic venues in professional sports.

The following day, board members toured Expi-Door Systems Inc. and The Bay Family of Companies corporate headquarters, where they saw firsthand the diverse manufacturing operations that support customers across the metal building industry and beyond.

As part of the welcome, each attendee received a custom Green Bay Packers jersey featuring their name on the back and the number 50, recognizing The Bay Family of Companies' 50th Anniversary celebration in 2026. We think it's safe to say everybody left Green Bay as a Packers fan ;)

We appreciate MBMA for choosing Green Bay as the location for this year's Summer Board Meeting and for allowing us to showcase our people, facilities, and commitment to the metal building industry.

Yesterday we celebrated the annual Founder's Day Picnic, marking a special milestone as we honor our 50th Anniversary.

We celebrated the lasting legacy of Arnold W. Schmidt, Bay founder and former President and CEO, and Dan Schmidt, succeeding President and CEO. Coworkers and retired employees came together to share memories, enjoy good food, and play fun games.

This week we welcomed leaders from across The Bay Family of Companies to our Green Bay corporate office for three days of training and team building.

🚨 Important facility update! 🚨

To better serve our customers and streamline our operations, we have expanded our Medford, WI facility.

Our Merrill, WI manufacturing operations will be relocated to this newly expanded Medford plant. Effective August 10, 2026, all Merrill production and business operations will officially run out of our Medford location.

This transition only affects our Merrill and Medford facilities. Our Green Bay operations remain unchanged and will continue as normal.

Same trusted team. Same premium products. A stronger, more efficient operation.
