🔨 Framing is officially complete on this massive deck transformation! 🔨

We are absolutely thrilled with how this project is coming together. What started as an outdated falling down deck is quickly becoming the ultimate outdoor living oasis.

Now that the heavy lifting is done, you can really see the scale of this custom covered porch roof. The skeleton is up, and it’s already completely changing the vibe of the backyard.

Overcoming the Unexpected in Haddonfield, NJ! 🛠️🏡

They say older homes have character, but sometimes they like to flash that character right when you open up the walls!

We recently wrapped up a gorgeous kitchen renovation in historic Haddonfield, and this project gave us a classic remodeling plot twist: surprise structural issues. As soon as the drywall came down, we uncovered a few framing and load-bearing "surprises" left behind by previous owners DIY renovations that absolutely did not meet modern building codes.

For some companies, a structural curveball can stall a project for weeks. But around here? We just view it as another day.

How We Handled It:
Immediate Assessment: Instead of stressing, our team immediately diagnosed the issue, temporarily supported the structure, mapped out the load paths, and engineered a rock-solid solution.

Rapid Remediation: Thanks to our experience and deep understanding of local building codes and residential structures, we reframed and reinforced the space safely and quickly.
