Another major milestone is in the books at the St. Louis Children's Hospital at CoxHealth project in Springfield.

Last week, our crews completed the remaining slab-on-grade pour, placing 460 yards of concrete across 27,000 square feet. The team kicked off the operation at 1:30 a.m. and successfully wrapped up by 3:00 p.m., showcasing the planning, coordination, and dedication it takes to keep a project of this scale moving forward.

Every milestone brings this future healthcare facility one step closer to serving children and families throughout the region.

The I-55 Bridge Rehabilitation Project is complete! Thank you everyone for your patience through the construction and delays. We are happy to bring you a new, improved, and safer driving experience with 24 rehabilitated bridges, 5.5 miles of barrier wall, and 10 miles of roadway improvements.

KCI Springfield crews had an early morning start at 2:00am this week to kick off the first slab-on-grade pour at the new St. Louis Children’s Hospital at CoxHealth. This 21,000 SF pour included 380 yards of concrete.

This early morning teamwork and precision help keep progress moving forward. We are proud of the crews putting in the work to help bring this important healthcare project to life.

Progress is stacking up at the 79th Street Retaining Wall Project.

Crews recently installed precast modular retaining wall blocks to reinforce an existing wall for Metrolink—keeping critical infrastructure strong and built to last.
