Our crew finished up this deck modification, for a customer, ahead of their hardscape crew coming in and transforming their back yard. Glad we got this one finished before it warmed up too much!

Installed a new faucet for a soaking tub, with new shutoffs.

Our team finished up a few bathroom upgrades for a client this weekend, that wanted to install a new shower door. After the old one broke, replace the shower faucet and install a new soaking tub faucet.

Here at Tompkins Construction we’ve had a busy week. From installing a new window and door awning, installing a new GFCI circuit, and assembling a Murphy bed bookshelf combo.

Anytime you open an electrical panel, it’s like rolling the dice. For example, our crew was taking off this panel cover to repair drywall below. Unbeknownst to us that a previous person had drove one of the panel screw directly into one of the main power supply lines. Yes some sparks flew. We made a repair to the line and closed the panel back up without further incident.

Here is a little look at a full deck remodel, our team has underway.

This client had our team come in to replace the flooring on their deck, after several area had deteriorated. We also added some additional joists and blocking to reduce deflection, as well as be stair stringers.

Installed a new window for a client today. A little trim and paint will wrap this project up tomorrow.
