Got this customer back up and cooling today! ❄️

They called yesterday after their system stopped moving air. After diagnosing a failed blower motor, I ordered the replacement part, picked it up this morning, and had the new motor installed today.

Out in Nashville yesterday afternoon helping a customer get their system back up and running.

The outdoor unit wasn’t starting, and the compressor wasn’t responding. After a thorough diagnosis, I found a weak capacitor along with a low refrigerant charge preventing the system from operating properly.

The capacitor was replaced, refrigerant levels were adjusted, and the system was tested to ensure everything was operating as it should.

Many HVAC issues can have more than one cause, which is why proper diagnostics matter. Taking the time to find the root of the problem helps prevent unnecessary repairs and gets your system running reliably again.
