Leak found in evaporator coil for a new customer. Small copper line was pinched behind door by another company and rubbed a hole causing an entire loss of refrigerant charge and low pressure fault. Calls like these are hard… easily avoidable at install, now a big problem for homeowner stuck with a non-transferable warranty on a “premium” 7 year old system.
