Full roof replacement along side another breezeway build!

This customer wanted a nice easy access from the barn to their home! (Who wouldn’t!!) so we built them a custom breezeway, fully finished with interior finishes, electrical outlets, lighting, a nice window and additional door for entry from the yard.

Happy to have a part in this job! Turned out very nice!!

Stopped in @ a repeat customers house who has been battling a wall leak for a very long time!

Tore out existing aluminum siding, replaced the step flashing where the roof meets the wall. Ran some ice and water shield 2’ up the wall over top of the step.

Installed all new James hardi siding and trim. On entire wall/gable. Performed a water test. They are back in business!

Happy to maintain this relationship with quality work!

So many hands have played a part in this renovation. It’s difficult to really know where to begin! We are so thankful for the relationships built throughout this process. From interior, to exterior, to landscaping, excavation work. It’s all been and amazing process!

There are two people in particular we wish were here to see the finished product. We sadly lost 2 great individuals that helped us start this project. Jeremy Cunningham & their passion for their craft was unmatched and it was a privilege to have their hands on deck. ❤️

As for everyone else that has been a part of this a huge thank you!

Long post, For a long project!

1890’s full interior/exterior remodel.

We have worked tirelessly on this project!!!

This home has been stripped 100% down to its original bones and restored, Rebuilt, renewed! As well as 2 room additions, walls being knocked out and new spaces created, 3 porch removals and rebuilds.
All new mechanicals, plumbing and electrical.

Here are SOME of the photos from the beginning. I say some because there is an abundance of photos and only so many spaces to upload to a post.
