Maxwell Construction was proud to join Cours Capital, Radiant CDC, Northwest Bank and other community partners for the groundbreaking of Together to House in Muncie, Indiana. The development will create 34 new homes across two sites, including new apartments on Memorial Drive and the restoration of the historic Harrison School on Liberty Street.

As prime contractor, Maxwell is proud to help bring this important project to life. Together to House will pair permanent supportive housing with services including case management, health care, recovery support and peer counseling, giving residents both a place to call home and access to resources that support long-term stability.

Maxwell Construction was proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting at Lillian C. Schmitt Elementary School. The newly renovated school reflects BCSC’s commitment to its students and The Rocket Way, with bright classrooms, welcoming common areas and thoughtful finishes that create a school students and staff can be proud of.

Maxwell completed the $17.6 million addition and renovation while the school remained in operation. Careful planning, close coordination and a strong partnership with school administration at Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation and CSO Architects helped keep the project moving while minimizing disruption to students and staff. We’re proud to have been part of another project that supports BCSC students, staff and the Columbus community.

Thanks to King Lighting for featuring the Cinfed Credit Union project in Colerain Township, Ohio. We’re proud to have been part of this collaborative effort, with design by Pete Lyness and Maxwell Construction providing Design-Build services.

Through the Design-Build process, our team worked alongside Pete and our project partners from early design coordination through construction, helping align design decisions, budget, constructability, scheduling and ex*****on under one coordinated approach.

Great projects are the result of strong partnerships, and we appreciate King Lighting and everyone who helped bring this space to life.

What a great day for the Lawrenceburg community! Randy Maxwell was glad to join the celebration for the Lawrenceburg Public Library’s grand reopening and see the newly renovated space officially welcomed back to the community.

We are excited to celebrate another successfully completed project with One Holland. The new Skyline Chili, located at the former Frisch’s Big Boy site on Fifth Street in Covington, officially opened its doors today, June 30, 2026. This marks one of more than 10 projects led by Senior Project Manager Steve Helmes for One Holland.
