Definitely deeper than code requirements, but we like to exceed what is expected of us. Digging holes for a new deck, and this one measured 51”. At Cairy Construction all of our deck posts sit on concrete piers, a minimum of 36” below grade. We don’t put posts in the ground to rot.

Roughly 500’ of pressure treated privacy fence being wrapped up! As well as a 500 sqft deck pressure treated deck! Should be wrapping this one up in the next couple of days, and booking out towards the end of this month!

Wrapped up a replacement pressure treated fence on Saturday! The old fence was damaged by wind, and parts of the fence were missing! We were in and out in 3 days! 4x4 posts set in 24” of concrete, with 6x6 gate posts. This customer should never have to worry! We also build a 10’ sag resistant gate, and while it won’t have an issue, we give a one year warranty against sagging!

Hope you and your family are having a blessed Sunday! We recently completed ~1200 square feet of vinyl flooring. Typically I advise against vinyl flooring as in my experience they don’t last as long as laminate, but the product (LifeProof) installed beautifully, and seems like a quality product!
