🚻 How Do You Choose the Right Restroom Partition?

Not every restroom has the same needs—and choosing the right partition system goes beyond color and appearance.

When specifying restroom partitions, consider:

🔹 Environment – Schools, offices, stadiums, healthcare facilities and other spaces each have different demands.
🔹 Durability – Consider traffic levels, moisture, impact resistance, maintenance and long-term performance.
🔹 Privacy – From traditional configurations to enhanced and high-privacy designs, determine the level of privacy your space requires.
🔹 Material – HDPE, phenolic, stainless steel, powder-coated steel and other options offer different performance and design advantages.
🔹 Design – Colors, finishes, hardware and mounting configurations can help partitions complement the overall aesthetic of the space.
🔹 Budget & Lifecycle – Look beyond initial cost and consider maintenance, durability and long-term value.

The right partition system should balance performance, privacy, design and budget for the needs of the project.

Scranton Products® and Metpar™ offer a variety of restroom partition materials and configurations to help architects, designers and facility professionals find the right solution for their space.
