Quarry Development Team Members

Schildberg Construction Company is hiring new members for the Quarry Development Department! If you like a variety in your work day, a fast-paced environment, and supporting a vital part of an organization, this might be for you!

What’s the gig? These positions will be involved with exploration drilling for future resources used in production of our aggregate rock products, supporting existing sites in developing models for future production, and assisting in formulating immediate and future production capacity. Road Truck Driver Positions

Due to continued growth in our business, Schildberg Construction Company is hiring for all road truck driver positions based out of Greenfield, Iowa. Successful applicants must have or be able to achieve a Class A or Class B CDL license.

Congratulations!

Schildberg Construction Company’s Brandon Montgomery has been named to the State Soil Conservation & Water Quality Committee of the Iowa Department of Agriculture & Land Stewardship. Brandon will be part of the 12-member committee appointed by the Iowa Secretary of Agriculture. Part of Brandon’s role on the committee will be providing important feedback related to soil and water programs and assisting with outreach efforts to spur new ideas and partnerships.

Brandon has been an employee since 2010 and currently directs our activities related to EPA and DNR compliance and best practices and works closely with the team developing and expanding our quarry sites. Congratulations Brandon on this appointment!
