Nothing brings people together quite like good food and great company.

To celebrate the Fourth of July, our team gathered outside the shop for lunch from The Big Bad Food Truck and it absolutely lived up to the hype!

We’re grateful for our incredible crew and the opportunity to celebrate together. Thanks to everyone who made it a great afternoon, and we hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday.

King of the road. King of our hearts.

Today we celebrate Ben and an incredible 42-year career at Novel Iron Works.

For over four decades, Ben has been the steady hand making sure steel arrived safely and on time. Rain or shine, near or far, he showed up and got the job done.

Ben represents everything we strive to be: hardworking, loyal, honest, dedicated, and proud of a job well done.

People like Ben don’t come around often. His impact on this company goes far beyond the miles he drove or the loads he delivered. He helped shape who we are.

We are better because of him.

Congratulations on your retirement, Ben. Thank you for 42 remarkable years. The road ahead is yours to enjoy.

At just 16 years old, Stevie has accomplished something no one else in Novel Iron Works history has.

Stevie recently became the youngest welder ever certified at Novel.

In an industry built on skill, precision, and hard work, certifications aren’t handed out, they’re earned. Through dedication, a willingness to learn, and countless hours honing his craft, Stevie has already proven that age is just a number when talent and work ethic show up every day.

The future of the trades depends on the next generation stepping up, learning the craft, and taking pride in building things that last. Stevie is doing exactly that.

We’re proud to have him on the team and excited to see where his career takes him.

Congratulations, Stevie. The first certification is a big milestone and we’re willing to bet it’s only the beginning.
