Yesterday in Union Square, five New York City Department of Sanitation collection trucks were unveiled as rolling works of art — hand-painted by local artists to celebrate New York's Strongest and the everyday work of keeping the city clean.

Congratulations to the five artists whose designs are now headed out on collection routes across the boroughs. Mack Trucks is honored to support the Sanitation Foundation and NYC Sanitation through this project. 🎨🗽

Mentorship is not about having all the answers. It is about opening the conversations that too many women in tech have had to figure out on their own.

In the Mentorship Program, senior leaders at Volvo Group mentor women outside the company for 9 months – sharing experience, perspective, and practical advice from across technology, engineering, digital, IT, mathematics, and more.

For the 2026 program, 30 mentees will be selected. Because supporting more women in tech should be more than a statement.

Volvo Group engineers from our Hagerstown, Maryland facility brought the energy to the Greencastle STEAM Expo — and nearly 100 students experienced engineering in the most hands-on way possible!

From climbing into a Mack® truck to exploring real engine parts and 3D printed designs, the excitement and curiosity were incredible to see.

A new chapter for freight is underway in Texas.

Volvo Autonomous Solutions and DSV - Global Transport and Logistics have launched their first commercial autonomous truckload between Dallas and Houston, powered by the Volvo VNL Autonomous — a truck built from the ground up for this work. It's a meaningful step toward safer roads, stronger supply chains, and a transport network designed for what's next.

Meet Vanessa Bueno, lead project manager, who keeps projects on budget and delivers to customers on time and with high quality.

Vanessa grew up in Curitiba, Brazil, speaks five languages, and is a big believer that many conflicts can be solved by simply getting people in a room together — not everything belongs in an email. She sees every problem as a challenge worth solving, a mindset shaped by Volvo Group leaders who took the time to be sincere and straight to the point with her along the way.
