CAVCON is proud to partner with Washington & Jefferson College in transforming their athletic facilities through a design-build renovation that honors the school’s rich history while embracing the future.

Originally built in 1968, the locker rooms have been reimagined into modern, functional spaces that reflect W&J’s commitment to excellence — both on and off the field. By using our design-build approach, CAVCON delivered a seamless project that minimized disruption, saved time and cost, and accelerated completion to meet the college’s ambitious goals.

This renovation marks a new chapter in W&J’s ongoing investment in student-athletes and the spirit of competition.

Exciting progress! We're proud to partner again with Adelphoi on two design build projects the Ketterer Charter School addition and new gymnasium. Steel is up, and we're working hard to get the roof on before winter hits! Once completed, this new space will provide additional classrooms, giving students the opportunity to learn in small, supportive environments. We can't wait to see the impact this will have on the youth at Adelphoi!

We're excited to announce the completion of CAVCON's latest design-build project for First Commonwealth Bank in downtown Indiana! We transformed an office space into a full-service branch, creating a welcoming environment for their customers. This new branch comes after First Commonwealth generously donated the building where their previous branch was located to Indiana County. CAVCON is proud to have partnered with First Commonwealth Bank on this project that supports both community growth and customer service.

CAVCON is proud to announce the completion of a major design-build expansion project for Roechling, significantly enhancing its operational capacity. This project included the addition of new production space, expanded office areas, and additional loading dock facilities, all designed to support the company's growing industrial needs.

The timing of this milestone couldn't be more perfect, as Roechling celebrated the completion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in October, during National Manufacturing Month. General Manager of the Mt. Pleasant facility, Craig Critchfield, kicked off the ceremony by welcoming attendees, including key figures like Tim Brown, President of Roechling Industrial North America, alongside local leaders such as Alicia Henry from the IDC, Dan DeBone from the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce and Westmoreland County Commissioners Sean Kertes and Doug Chew.

This expansion represents a significant investment in the regional economy, providing enhanced infrastructure to meet growing demand, while also creating new opportunities for growth and employment.
