Titan was retained by 167 Eagle Management LLC and Mortar Development LLC as Construction Manager for the construction of two new 7-unit condominium buildings side by side for a total of 14 units. The buildings consist of identical 5-story buildings where the stairs go to the roof providing a communal roof top garden. The buildings offer a mix of one and two bedrooms that are simplex and duplex units. They will be well appointed with condominium level finishes as selected by the projects architect.

Titan was retained by MGF Manhattan West LLC and Mortar Development LLC as Construction Manager for the construction of an 8-unit elevatored condominium building. The building consists of an 8-story elevatored building where the elevator goes to the roof providing a communal roof top garden. The cellar level will include storage areas for the tenants along with building services. The floor plans offer direct elevator entrances creating a traditional foyer and providing an extraordinary flow to the front and rear of the spaces. They will be well appointed with condominium level finishes as selected by the projects architect.

Titan was retained by 76 Bowery LLC and Conrow Realty Corp. as General Contractor. The project will consist of a first floor retail space with up to 7 floors above servicing as single tenant floor through creative office units. The cellar shall be divided into base building support areas and retail storage for the first-floor retail tenant. The upper floors will be left in a loft style with finished toilet and kitchenettes.

Titan was retained by The Daten Group as a Construction Manager. The project consists of a 43,000 square foot seven story 39 rental unit building with a ground level retail space. The project is uniquely shaped at the intersection of Fulton and Vanderbilt in vibrant downtown Brooklyn.

The project is designed by Kutnicki Bernstein, and with the unique shape of the lot, has integrated a façade and terrace space that creates a great aesthetic.

Titan was retained by MHL Capital Partners and Mortar Development LLC as Construction Manager for the construction of an 8-unit condominium building. The project consists of a five-story elevatored residential building. The elevator goes to the roof providing a communal roof top garden. The floor plans offer direct elevator entrances and egress through an exterior stairwell providing a extraordinary flow to the spaces. They will be well appointed with condominium level finishes as selected by the projects architect.

Titan was retained by 575 4th Avenue, LLC and The Daten Group as Construction Manager during the demolition and pre-construction phase of the project. The demolition included nine structures and the plan is for an 11-story mixed use multifamily condominium with 72 residential units, a retail component on the first floor, and an underground level of parking.
