We thank God every day for our customers, whether they’re new or returning. This SA-200 was a refresh we did a few months back, and his weld output dropped out in the middle of a pipeline job here in Texas. We had him up and running and back on the job site in a day. They don’t all go that quick unfortunately, but when we can help it we love getting your machine back in your hands fast. Give us a shout at 903-355-5625 if yours needs some TLC.

This one was a doozy. Faulty fuel solenoid, faulty ignition coil, no pressure from the fuel pump. The joys of the GV750. The screw holes for the idle solenoid were also stripped out, so it was hardly bringing the speed down. Nevertheless, we got it all sorted out and have another machine back in the field.

Lincoln, Miller, Hobart, big or small, if you're in the north Texas area, support a small business and bring it by. We'll get you fixed up faster than the big supply corporations and for less.

Breathing some new life into a SA-200! She got a new faceplate, full-sweep oil pressure and coolant temp gauges, new switches, new wiring, a tune up, new thermostat and cooling system flush. The customer stopped by and slapped on a fresh coat of paint as the icing on the cake.

Effective immediately, we will no longer service the Hypertherm Powermax 30XP or Powermax 30 Air. We've had too many customers drop them off and abandon them. Sorry guys.

This is the time to take a peek at your generator and ensure you have fresh fuel and a charged battery. If you let it sit since last year's storms, drain the fuel out and get fresh gas in it ASAP. If you can't get it running, we'd be happy to get it up and running for you (though at this point we can't guarantee it before the snow).

There’s a little sweeter than the sound of a machine that came in limping along on one cylinder instead punching out full power with a smile on its face. This 260 MPX had a cascade of failures, starting with a separated exhaust lifter, half of which went into the crank case, and the other half into the muffler. The pushrod ended up in the bottom of the crank case. One of the above-mentioned parts hammered the snot out of the associated piston, and also wore down a cam lobe. While the piston was receiving it's share of the punishment, so was the corresponding cylinder head and valves. The cross threaded spark plugs was the icing on the cake.

That said, it's no problem for us. We're well versed in the Kohler Command engines, and we were able to get everything fixed up for a great customer. We did a follow-up oil change shortly thereafter and have no reservations sending this one back into the rotation; it's ready.

Another Lincoln MPX come in for a malfunctioning control k**b. Just look at the corners Lincoln cut on their original part compared to the new one.

We have the tools and experience to integrate it into the factory harness instead of a crude splice, eliminating a potential failure point. The replacement utilizes a double-locking connector, ensuring a solid connection while facilitating easy removal of the control panel that wasn’t possible before.
