We have been working on a lot of public projects this summer. This is a loading dock that is being added to the Chief Medical Examiners' Office on District Drive in Raleigh. This project is being funded by the State Department of Health and Human Services. Thanks to Apex Steel for their work on the loading dock.
Some of our other projects this summer were a wayfinding signage project at WTCC Main Campus, a lab in Polk Hall at NCSU, and an intercom project at the Governor Morehead School.

This custom detached garage near NCSU has s separate interior storage area and a potting shed that opens to the rear yard. Our clients plan to use the garage an an additonal outdoor entertaining space so the interior will be completed with upgraded lighting and finishes. On the side facing the koi pond there will be double doors that open to the yard. Carefully planned by the clients, this garage will compliment their lovely Craftstman home and the addition we completed in 2015.

Every so often we take on a special residential project. We had worked with these clients on an addition and renovation 5 years ago. They called us back to build a very unique garage that matches the style of their lovely 1930's craftsman style home near NCSU.
