The sound of moving water completely changes the baseline of a backyard. For this build, we anchored the environment with a central fountain and built the sightlines outward to a custom octagonal pavilion. Complete with integrated masonry and a full outdoor kitchen, the structure is engineered to be a permanent extension of the home. Quiet, cohesive, and built for the long haul.

The Upstate doesn't always give you a spring like this one. When it does, the evenings are cool, the mornings are quiet, and a fire feels exactly right.

A build like this is engineered for that. The brick, the seating walls, the lanterns, the fireplace anchoring the whole space — none of it is decorative. It's designed to pull you outside and keep you there. Full table, good company, nowhere else to be.
