Our team is in the process of repairing the historic rock walls and restoring this stream bank which feeds directly into Richland Creek. Here’s why that matters:
💧 Cleaner Water: Healthy stream banks retain soil and filter runoff, keeping sediment and pollutants out of the creek.
🌱 Stronger Habitat: Native plants and stable banks create vital homes for fish, birds, and pollinators.
🌊 Reduced Erosion: Stabilized banks slow down water flow, preventing further damage downstream.
🏞️ Healthier Communities: Restoration supports recreation, flood protection, and the overall well-being of the watershed.
