Long time customer has a new design of a machine. This is the prototype. I have made similar ones but this one is larger and more intricate. The frame is 4” sq tube 3/8” wall. Extremely heavy machine main frame. The center frame blocks are 4” thick. With 1” thick motor rails on the bottom.

Another heavy weldment completed for a great customer. That bottom plate is 10’ long 16” wide and 2 3/4” thick. With 6” I beams welded the length on the inside and outside. A little tight to get in there but finished good.
