Some surprises are fun in October, but project surprises usually aren't.

Early investigation, thoughtful planning, and experienced eyes can uncover potential issues before they become expensive changes later in the process.

That's why Ark Consulting Group takes a proactive approach from the beginning.

Ask the questions early, find the obstacles early, and build the solution around what you know.

Ark Consulting Group was founded in 2013 with a vision for doing civil engineering differently.

Technical expertise matters, but so do responsiveness, integrity, collaboration, and understanding what each client actually needs.

Today, Ark serves clients across municipal, institutional, healthcare, and private land development projects with one philosophy at the center of it all:

Do business the RIGHT way.

Meet Greyson Graham, the newest member of Ark Consulting’s Survey Division!

A Greenville, NC native and 2026 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, Greyson developed a passion for land surveying through his studies in geographic information systems (GIS).

When he's not in the field, you'll likely find him enjoying the surf and sand at Emerald Isle.

We're excited to have Greyson on the team and look forward to seeing him grow with Ark!

Every successful project starts with knowing exactly what you're working with.

Ark Consulting Group combines experienced Professional Land Surveyors, field crews, traditional surveying methods, and advanced technology, including drones and aerial data collection, to capture the information a project needs.

Since surveying is handled in-house, Ark's survey and engineering teams can work together instead of handing critical information back and forth between separate firms.

Better data, better coordination, and a stronger starting point is what we're all about.

Your project is complicated enough. Managing a collection of disconnected consultants shouldn't make it harder.

Ark Consulting Group provides comprehensive engineering services that can support a project from initial planning through construction, helping clients keep communication, decisions, and project goals connected along the way.

Less fragmentation and more continuity mean more time to focus on the bigger picture.

10/12/2026

The calculations matter, and communication does too.

At Ark Consulting Group, great service starts with listening, understanding the client's objectives, and building solutions around what the project actually needs.

No one-size-fits-all approach, just technical expertise backed by responsive, intentional service.

That's the difference a true project partner can make.

10/06/2026

A strong project can still lose valuable time before construction ever begins.

Ark Consulting Group helps clients navigate the planning and entitlement process from early due diligence through final approval, keeping the process organized and the project moving forward.

The goal isn't simply getting through the process.

It's knowing how to move through it strategically.
