Why should you hire a Building Consultant when wanting to build on your own:
▪️ We will take your house plans and show you where you can save money and exactly what will be needed to build your home. We will be able to account for every item down to the nails needed.
▪️We will advise you on when is the best time to build your home and what equipment might be needed. Due to weather conditions and lumber prices there are actually better days than others to start forming and framing your home.
▪️If any issues come up during the framing process, we are there to get them figured out. Wether it be with the pitch of your roof not working, a wall needing to be moved or extra lumber or nails being needed (we will find out why).

We are here to help guide our clients through making the best choices on building materials to counter the rising rates and the real value is that we are helping them save money on building their new homes.
