In an effort to differentiate ourselves from our competitors, we have developed a world-class, state-of-the-art resource recovery facility capable of extracting the highest percentages of commodities from eScrap for its clients with a capacity of over 85,000 pounds per day. Additionally, UM2 provides network decommissioning and removal services, reuse equipment sales, disassembly and the development of trade-in programs for manufacturers. We have contracts with Fortune 500 and targeted industry companies in which we de-install, remove, ship, sort, report, sell reuse items (into our international, end user, e-commerce, dealer, manufacturer and wholesale buying channels), remove components and disassemble eScrap down to the commodity level using processes and technologies in which we've invested a great deal of time and money. With vast amounts of expertise in this area, we offer valuable insights into gaining the highest and most environmentally friendly returns for excess assets. Services Offered:

Complete network decommissioning services including:
De-installation and Removal – overall planning and scheduling for the removal of generators, CRAC units, chillers, batteries, UPSs and PDUs, flooring and gridding, caging, racks, cabinets, cabling, fire suppression equipment and all other items

Logistics – coordination of special equipment removal equipment and/or trucks, proper packaging, insurance, transportation, storage and delivery

Warehousing – interim and long-term storage of assets in our state-of-the-art temperature-controlled, secure, fire suppressed, insured, OSHA-safe and air pollution-controlled facility

Sorting¬ – all materials are analyzed and inspected for condition. Materials with reuse value are separated from eScrap and presented to the proper audience for sale

Reporting – monthly reports are created which include commodity classifications, weights and price per pound for eScrap, and manufacturer, part number, serial number and other pertinent information for reuse items

Resource Recovery-Disassembly – eScrap material is disassembled by skilled laborers using eScrap Resource Recovery 2.0™ processes to ensure maximum commodity content and component recovery in the most sustainable manner

Component Harvesting – components are harvested from circuit boards and other items using specialized equipment and skilled laborers

Data destruction – items requiring destruction are destroyed using eScrap Resource Recovery 2.0™ processes

Reuse Sales – reuse items are marketed into our international, end user, ecommerce, dealer, manufacturer and wholesale buying channels

Assay – in-house, state-of-the-art assay lab identifies metals and their percentages

Hedging – spot commodity prices are hedged to mitigate future price fluctuation risks

Refining¬ – precious metals are refined using Green chemistry processes for maximum sustainability and recovery

Payment – pre-payment, COD, PayPal and credit cards are the only accepted forms of payment eliminating Accounts Receivable issues and producing prompt payment to our clients
