Those lines deliver electricity to homes and businesses across the community, and a stray birdshot pellet can nick or sever them, cutting off power for neighbors who depend on it. Our crews will be on standby 24/7 for any emergencies.

⚡ Power poles carry a lot of weight, and lately that includes years of nails and staples left behind from posters, flyers, and yard sale signs. 📌 What looks harmless from the ground becomes a real hazard 40 feet up. When our linemen climb to keep your power on, those old nails snag gloves, tear protective clothing, and can cause serious injury. 🧤 We ask our community to help keep poles clear by using bulletin boards, storefronts, or online marketplaces to spread the word instead. 💡

Also check your air ducts, since a compromised duct could be leaking cool air into your attic instead of your home. That old refrigerator or deep freezer in the garage might still run, but running and efficient are two very different things. Appliances from 20 or 30 years ago were not built to handle summer heat, and older insulation simply cannot keep up. The compressor works overtime to compensate, and that extra effort shows up on your energy bill every month. If you inherited a hand-me-down or held onto an older unit for overflow storage, it may be costing you more than it's worth. 🧊⚡💸
