This project was massive. 6k sq ft of encapsulation with drainage as well as 2 sump pumps installed for a business complex on Madison Avenue.

One more day and this 6,000 sq ft crawlspace is a wrap. This week we installed a full perimeter drainage system, set two sump pumps, and completely encapsulated the space. What started as a problem crawlspace is now clean, controlled, and built to stay dry. We’ve got a few final touch-ups and mold treatment left, but the transformation on this one is unreal. It’s been a long week but results like this are exactly why we do it.

Here’s a little progress report on our 6k sq ft crawlspace we’re doing this week at a business complex on Madison Avenue. So far we’ve installed a full perimeter drainage system, 2 sump pumps, and now we’re doing the full encapsulation.
