We are true partners with our clients and design teams. We also align ourselves with the most qualified and competitive subcontractors and treat them as part of the team. As general contractors,

we self perform several aspects of the work, including selective demolition, concrete, carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceilings and specialty work.

We’re proud to have served as the Construction Manager for the interior remodel at Rushville Elementary School! 🏫🚧

This project was completed in two phases while the school remained fully occupied, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruptions for students and staff!

Our team managed the overall budget, schedule, and site safety throughout both phases, helping deliver a successful project that remained under budget upon completion.

In addition to the remodel, we are continuing our work at both the elementary and middle school campuses, including replacing entrances and windows while the schools remain occupied. We’re excited to continue helping create safe, updated spaces for students and staff, with completion scheduled for this summer! 🎉

SCS Construction Services, Inc. is proud to share our latest project at Bradford Woods! 🌲🎉

This project involved extending the pool house, adding a pool equipment room, demolishing the outdated pool and concrete deck, and rebuilding the entire pool and pool deck into a modern, fully ADA-compliant aquatic space.

The newly renovated 3,300+ square foot pool area is fully wheelchair accessible and features a 0–5 ft depth design, padded bench seating within the pool, a lift for easy entry and exit, a lifeguard stand, basketball goal, and infrastructure prepared for future water features.

This project was about creating a safe, inclusive environment where children with disabilities can enjoy summer and fun without limits! We are proud to help create a space where every child feels welcomed and included! đź’™
