Peace should be infused throughout the church of Jesus Christ. There is no corner of ministry or service that should escape that influence. Today’s example is order in exercising the gifts of the spirit: namely prophecy. Detailed instructions are given by Paul here, and it is interesting on a few accounts. He has prophets speaking to the body, and has them doing so in an orderly fashion, each taking turns as the Spirit of God leads them to. There is nothing forced here, yet there is also nothing squandered. This format trusts the Holy Spirit to prompt those who are meant to share the revelations they receive from the Lord. In all we do as the church of Jesus Christ we must continually seek peaceful order, not for order’s sake and not to force legalism upon anyone, but because it reflects the character of God.

But the expert, wanting to justify himself, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” Jesus replied, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell into the hands of robbers, who stripped him, beat him up, and went off, leaving him half dead. Now by chance a priest was going down that road, but when he saw the injured man he passed by on the other side. So too a Levite, when he came up to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan who was traveling came to where the injured man was, and when he saw him, he felt compassion for him. He went up to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring oil and wine on them. Then he put him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him. The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper, saying, ‘Take care of him, and whatever else you spend, I will repay you when I come back this way.’

Note:

Today we meet "The Good Samaritan", the man who stops to help a stranger (his neighbor). Not only does he help him, but he has compassion for him. The act of helping does not come from a removed sense of obligation, it comes from a shift in the Samaritan's heart. His is a heart that ia moved by injustice and the needs of people, just like Jesus. Jesus was “deeply moved in spirit and troubled” (NIV) when He saw Mary and the other Jews weeping because of Lazarus’ death. Is the Samaritan concerned about being robbed by the innkeeper? Does he know for sure that the money will be used to care for the injured man? If he is concerned, that does not stop him from doing what he can to help. Show others the mercy you were shown by Jesus Christ. Love your neighbor.

WORKING PROCEDURES STANDARD (CIF/AWSP)

1.) Buyer issues ICPO with Buyer letterhead and Buyer bank detail.

2.) Seller issues Draft Contract (open for any amendments) with (ICC) Preventionof Disregards and Breachof Contract per (ICC) three party agreement, to be endorsed by all three parties:
this agreement is a
guarantee the parties adhere to terms of the contract. Buyer signs, seals, returnsDraft Contract to Seller
for the final endorsement.

3.) Seller gives Partial proof of products.

a.) SGS Report
b.) Refinery Commitment to Supply.
c.) Certificate of Origin.
d.) Statement of availability of product.
e.) Product quality passport (Analysis test Report) By R.gost standard

4.) Within 5 banking days, Buyer bank sends SBLC/MT 760 or DLC/MT700according to Seller's fiduciary bank
verbiage to Seller nominated fiduciary offshore bank acct. for first monthshipment. Should Buyer fail to
issue payment instrument within 5 banking days, Buyer makes payment with
Escrow Deposit USD ($198,000) into Seller nominated Escrow Account, for security guarantee, to enable SellerCharter vessel to commenceshipment. This payment shall be deducted from total cost of product after
inspection at discharge port.
Seller's Bank issues Full POP Documents to Buyer's bank with 2% Performance
Bond (PB)

*A. Copy of license to export, issued by Department of Ministry of Energy.
*B. Copy of Approval to Export, issued by the Ministry of Justice.
*C. Copy of statement of availability of the product.
*D. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
*E. Copy of Transnet contract to transport the product to the loading port.
*F. Copy of the port storage agreement.
*G. Copy of the charter party agreement to transport the product to discharge
port.
*H. Copy of Vessel Questionnaire Q88.
*I. Copy of Bill of Lading.
*J. SGS Report at loading port.
*K. Dip test Authorization (DTA) & ATB
*L. NOR /ETA
*M. Certificate of Ownership Transfer.
*N. Allocation Transaction Passport Code Certificate (ATPCC) by Ministry of
Energy.
*O. Seller will issue TSR upon successful verification of all documents.

5.) Shipment commences per signed Contract delivery schedule, the shipment
should arrive at Buyer's
discharge port within 5-25 days. SGS inspection borne by Seller at loading port
and Buyer at unloading Port.

6.) Buyer releases payment to Seller by TT/MT103 upon receipt of shippingdocuments and confirmation of
Product Q&Q Test Report by SGS/CIQ at destination port.

7). Seller pays commission within 48 hours by Swift MT103 to all intermediaries
as signed in the NCNDA/IMPFA.
