New Development in NWI open for business! Warehouses and Self-Storage!

Had a great time hosting our ribbon cutting with Josh Huddlestun, Mayor of Hobart, the Hobart Chamber of Commerce and some of our partners for our new development at the corner of Clay St and Rt 30, just minutes from I-65.

This new development will be home to five - 11,232 SF warehoues/offices and eight self storage buildings comprising of over 230 units.

We couldn't be more excited to get this first phase open and are looking forward to seeing the investment help Hobart flourish for years to come!

Today our AZ office did a charity stair climb in honor of the victims of 9/11 and the heroes that went to try and save anyone they could and ultimately gave their lives as well. We want to thank all of the first responders for everything they do every day. Special thanks to our team members that were able to make it: Missy, Brandon, Michelle, Brad, Dorothy and Jeff.

Also with us was Scottsdale PD’s own Simon Cesareo!

We are happy to say we raised $1,000 for the cause and the event in all will donate more than $60,000! Thanks to the more than 1,000 people that came out tonight, it was a great event and here are a few photos from the event.

In any industry, and especially in construction, we must protect our field workers with proper safety training and precautions so they can do their job confidently.
