Project Delivery Announcement – Lexington Plant

Prestress Services Industries is proud to support continued infrastructure improvements with the successful delivery of 12 HN6649T beams from our Lexington plant to Davidson County, Tennessee for the MNAA Project No. 1801A – Terminal Access Roadway Improvements Phase 3.1.

Each beam measures an impressive 143’3” in length and weighs approximately 87 tons, showcasing the scale, precision, and strength behind every PSI product.

We appreciate the opportunity to partner with Bell & Associates Construction, LLC on this important county project and commend our Lexington team and transportation crews for executing another safe and efficient delivery.

Beams are being delivered and set in Evansville! The longest beams are 188 feet long and weigh about 100 tons each. Four beams are expected to be delivered and set three days a week, with one beam transported per truck. Beam delivery and setting is expected through mid-September.

Nearly 200 concrete beams will be delivered and set in the coming months for the three approach bridges in Evansville. Short rolling closures are expected weekly on southbound US 41 at Waterworks Rd to allow room for delivery trucks. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3GOHlWm

🌉 96th Street Pedestrian Bridge Arch – Fishers, IN 🌉

Prestress Services Industries is proud to partner with Beaty Construction and Janssen & Spaans Engineering on the 96th Street Pedestrian Bridge Arch in Fishers, Indiana.

👏 A special commendation to our Decatur Plant for their excellent work fabricating the arch beams, and to Prestress Transportation for a safe and efficient delivery. 👏

This bridge will connect the Fishers and Indianapolis sections of the Nickel Plate Trail, creating a seamless route that extends to the Indiana State Fairgrounds and links with the Monon Trail.

Each arch was produced in two sections, each measuring approximately 96 feet and weighing 32 tons.
