Paul completely gutted our home we purchased on Monkey Island a few years ago. His professionalism and attention to detail are unprecedented. I was very skeptical about finding quality builders when we purchased our home at Grand Lake but was pleasantly surprised and proven wrong working with Paul. I would put him up against the very best builders in OKC or Tulsa any day and would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone in the future.

Utry Construction has completed three remodel projects in my home. The first was the living room which included an updated fireplace with a tiled face and hearth. The second project was a completely remodeled kitchen from reinforced floor joists to reinforced attic rafters and everything between. And the project that has just finished - a remodeled bathroom. Bear in mind that this house is over eighty years old. You don't have to be a builder to anticipate that any construction in a home this old will present unexpected issues and problems. Not to worry! Utry Construction performed a true turn-key remodel of our lake house on Grand Lake. The project included an interior demolition of everything down to the studs, a floor-plan reconfiguration and custom rebuild and finish out of the MEP and all interior appointments. Work was craftsman quality and completed on time and within budget. Working with Paul Utry was refreshing for this out of state absentee client who is in the real estate industry.

My wife and I were planning to build our new lake house on the shores of Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Without any knowlwdge of custom builders in the area we were at a loss as who to use. We were referred to Paul Utry by luck and were instantly impressed with his knowledge and talent for building. Now it goes without saying that my wife is a hard one to please... so I can say without a doubt, if she's impressed and happy, which she is... then Paul has achieved an A+ with me. Mr. Paul Utry was the general contractor for a medium five figure remodeling project which included a complete kitchen gutting. The work was done on time, given the constraints of the sub-contractors and within budget. Mr. Utry calls himself a problem solver and it is well earned. Best builder on Grand lake! Paul does amazing work and does the job right! If you are looking for a home builder Utry construction is the one I would trust.
