We have more high-quality leads than we can handle. We need an experienced Sales Professional who can walk into a basement, build instant rapport with a homeowner, and design a Plumbing or HVAC solution that fits their needs and budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Consulting: Visiting residential clients to assess their current Boiler, Furnace, AC, or Plumbing systems.
• Designing Solutions: Creating professional proposals for system replacements, water filtration, tankless upgrades, and whole-home HVAC solutions.
• Closing: Using your expertise to explain the value of our high-end installs.
• Relationship Building: Following up with past clients and maintaining our "Maintenance Membership" base.
What We’re Looking For:
• Industry Knowledge: You should understand the basics of Mass Save rebates and plumbing code.
• Proven Track Record: At least 2–3 years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, Plumbing, or Remodeling preferred).
• Communication: You can explain complex mechanical systems in a way a grandmother or a first-time homebuyer can understand.
• Professionalism: You show up on time, look the part, and follow through on every lead.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software models.
