If you’ve been following us for the last couple of years, you probably remember a fan favorite 😉… The Doors House! 🚪

Since finishing the home, our wonderful clients have asked us back to create even more custom pieces for them, and this buffet cabinet was the latest one.

They sent us an inspiration photo and said, “Can you make this for us, but put your own twist on it?” (The answer was ABSOLUTELY!).

So Jeremy designed it, and Don brought it to life.

Built by hand in our woodshop, this piece was made specifically for their home, from the solid wood top and custom finish to the drawer details and Hauff Homes mark tucked inside.

A special thank you to our head wood shop carpenter, Don, for the incredible craftsmanship that went into this piece. We are fortunate to have someone with his talent helping bring these ideas to life every day.

There is no greater compliment than clients asking us to come back years later to create more for their home.

This is truly why building never feels like “work” to us. We just genuinely love what we do!

The Shoreline Chateau is officially complete! 🌊🩵

From the beginning, our clients envisioned a waterfront retreat inspired by Key West charm and classic nautical design. They wanted a home that felt relaxed, inviting, and full of character while still feeling timeless.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned to bring that vision to life and create a home connected to the water.

🌊 The Kitchen
Custom white oak cabinetry crafted in our wood shop brings warmth and texture to the heart of the home, while the oversized island creates the perfect place for family and guests to gather.

One of our favorite features is the custom blue range hood. Inspired by the home’s nautical design, it ties into the blue accents carried throughout the house and gives the kitchen so much personality.

🌊 The Color Story
Blue was intentionally woven throughout the home, from the front door and shutters to special details inside, bringing character, continuity, and a coastal feel into each space.

🌊 The Outdoor Living
With a resort style pool, spacious lanai, firepit gathering area, and private dock, this home was designed to embrace lakefront living.

🌊 The Custom Details
From the cabinetry to the bathrooms and handcrafted features throughout, every space was designed with its own personality while still feeling connected to the overall vision.

Handing over the keys is always a special moment, and we are incredibly grateful to our clients for trusting us to bring Shoreline Chateau to life.

Name day is always special to us because it marks the beginning of sharing a new home’s journey with you.

We are excited to introduce…

The Gathered Oak 🌳

With natural finishes, real wood features, clean lines, and timeless custom details throughout, this home was created to feel grounded, peaceful, and welcoming.

The name felt especially fitting because of the beautiful oak trees that once stood on this property. As the land was prepared, we gathered those oaks and will repurpose them into some custom features throughout the home.

The name also speaks to the life this home is meant to hold.

Family gathered together. Friends around the table. Stories shared. Memories made over the years.

Oak has always represented strength, roots, and longevity, which feels perfect for this home. The Gathered Oak is a name that reflects where the home began and the life that will unfold inside it for years to come.

We can’t wait to bring The Gathered Oak to life and share the journey along the way 🤍

We were already in love with the powder bath at the Shoreline Chateau… and then we backlit the cristallo quartzite 🤯✨

The glow brought out every detail in the stone and added so much warmth, depth, and drama to the vanity. It completely transformed the feeling of the space.

This is the kind of custom detail that takes something beautiful and makes it unforgettable. Stay tuned for the final tour…coming soon! 🫣
