It’s always exciting to see a room change with a new centerpiece.

We started by carefully removing the old chandelier and unpacking each delicate piece of a Venetian chandelier for assembly. There was a small gap around the canopy that needed attention, so we made a quick trip to pick up a decorative medallion cover for a clean finish. Once everything was assembled and connected, we tested the lights to make sure every detail was just right.

Little changes can make home life easier. We recently swapped out an old outside entry fixture and gave the inside entry a fresh look by hanging a new fixture where a can light used to be.

In the kitchen, we put in a new can light above the sink for better visibility and added a handy receptacle right in the island. That meant running new wire and setting up connections under the cabinetry, all to help the space work better for everyday needs.

Some electrical issues just aren’t what they seem. Our techs were called in for a stubborn circuit breaker that kept tripping—affecting an ice maker, water pump, and circulation fan. Instead of just swapping out the breaker, we dug deeper.

We unplugged appliances to isolate the problem, then zeroed in on the ice maker. After checking connections and inspecting the control box, we found discoloration on the start assist capacitor. We ran a full set of tests and confirmed the capacitor was good. After reassembling everything and checking amperage, the breaker held steady with all appliances running.

Thorough troubleshooting pays off. For us, it’s about getting it right, not just getting it done.
