Highest position at Halliburton was Project Coordinator for Statoil’s biggest project in Venezuela – Plataforma Deltana Offshore Deepwater Project, wrote the Drilling Fluid Programs, managed the PDVSA Fluids Plant during that same time, and was the Technical Adviser on the synthetic drilling fluid being used on the project.
