Smooth is fast….
Steady work, steady progress, and showing that we can juggle multiple projects without sacrificing customer expectations or communication.

Out East Dallas exterior rehab project is complete for the most part, will install custom chimney cap tomorrow. Our handmade shutters and the final lighting came out well.

We are in the middle of another exterior rehab project in the Hillcrest area of Dallas, along with starting a complete kitchen remodel for our repeat customers in Athens.

We are grateful, and we will get it done.

Salvaging older homes is one of our favorite things to do, from pier and beam rehab to full exterior rehabilitation, we love to put our hands on these projects.
This East Dallas project includes siding replacement and rehab, substructure reinforcement, porch rebuild, chimney repair, primer/paint, etc.

We appreciate the trust and confidence given whenever taking on these projects.🫡🙏🛠️

Another one in the books.

We put a bow on our Rockwall retaining wall project, thinking outside of the box to save this cracked, leaning wall without a complete tear down and rebuild.
Drainage system installed, brick removed and repaired, and a new wall on a new, superior footing to reinforce the failing corner.
Piers, rebar, block, concrete, and interlocking brick.
This son of a gun ain’t gonna move on our watch.

Been a while since a post, but here is a little sampling of what we’ve been up to lately…

Saving a 12-ft tall retaining wall in Rockwall, complete with a new corner wall section, crack repair, new drainage to alleviate pressure, etc

Our sunroom, patio addition, and patio cover job in Wylie is going great as well.

We managed to squeeze in some pergola TLC out at Cedar Creek Lake, provided new and beveled/sealed boots for posts and a complete restain job with solid stain.

We also found time to make a pad for an above ground pool for a good friend in Athens

We finished up our pool repair project in Rockwall as well, replacing mortar, mastic, and adding a much-needed overflow drain

We cover a lot of ground. 🔥🛠️🫡

That’s a lot of dang tile! 💪
Our University Park bathroom model is going great, and we also performed a two day demolition for another North Dallas bathroom.
It will incorporate creating a large, single closet with French pocket doors.

Our outdoor wing of the company is actively performing mastic replacement, mortar repair, and system troubleshooting for a pool at the Shores in Rockwall.

We also discovered that the pool’s overflow drain is tied into the deck drain system, which backflows all rainwater into the pool. Thus the pool can never drain whenever too full….
I never call anyone an idiot on this page. I use that word sparingly because I do not like to defame other businesses. But whoever did that is a flat-out idiot.
It’s OK, we will get it fixed 💯🫡🛠️🧰

Hard to keep up with posting when you are busy. As we always say, both bus and grateful, and we mean it.🙏🫡

We have taken on more and more interior scope in north Dallas and University Park, teaming up with our friends at LL Design Co on elaborate projects. Transforming bathrooms and interior spaces, multiple projects at a time 💪💪

We have squeezed in same new glass pool tile in Dallas, transom glass install and door painting on Swiss Ave, attic ladder installation at active remodel projects, etc.

We were able to slap in the shower glass for a recently completed project, and this week we begin a patio enclosure and addition, creating a sunroom and outdoor living space.

I love to work, love our clients, we appreciate our partners, and I respect our labor team.
It takes a village, along with one crazy business owner. 🤪🛠️😎

A great way to end this past week! We had replaced a glass tile spillway for new lueders slabs, and the homeowner was so happy with the work, he contracted us to replace all spa coping the same week.

We managed to squeeze in a quick stone extraction and reset for our good friend with Currin Plumbing out of Athens.

We also installed new subfloor in University Park. This was for our good friend with LL Design Co. We will be framing this awesome bathroom and wet area this coming week.

This spa spillway in East Dallas originally had the same glass tile on its horizontal plane as the wall.
Water penetrated the grout line, and this tile, along with wall tile, delaminated.

We reinstalled all glass wall tile, and replaced the spillway with lueders slabs. We performed this work in house, with our own full-time employees.
The customer was pleased, and so are we. In fact, the customer now wants to replace all spa coping with the same slabs, eliminating the varying pieces of different sizes on the spa coping and making this area look more sleek.
