Right after Christmas we went out and took care of a repair. The walkway was sagging and so was the deck. The deck sagged 3 inches underneath the wall and the walls sagged almost 3 inches from the roof. All of the sagging was due to rotten wood posts. We raised the deck and replaced the rotten post with four and a half inch steel posts. The customer was very happy and it's going to have us come back and do more repairs later on.
