With an amazing 26 years with our team and 29 years in the HVAC industry, April’s experience and dedication are truly unmatched. In fact, she’s been with Big Sandy longer than anyone besides the owner—talk about commitment! 👏

Outside of work, April has been happily married to her husband, Roger, for nearly 29 years. She’s a proud mom to Jacob and Kenzie, and a loving Gigi to Hallie. Family means everything to her, and when she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her spending time with loved ones, getting creative, or tackling her next project—because there’s not much she can’t do!

Meet Evan, our Senior Service Technician here at Big Sandy Heating and Cooling! With over 9 years on our team and 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Evan brings knowledge, skill, and dedication to every job he takes on.

A graduate of Big Sandy Community and Technical College, Evan is also a licensed Journeyman HVAC Mechanic—making him a trusted expert our customers can rely on.

When he’s not hard at work, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their two children, Bennett and Emerson. You can also find him hunting or riding his side-by-side in his free time.

For over 22 years, Joe has been a dedicated and dependable part of our team. Known as a true jack of all trades, there’s no challenge he can’t handle—and no job he won’t step up to help with. His hard work, skill, and can-do attitude make a difference every single day.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson and spending weekends at the track with his son, go-kart racing.
