ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS WITH HEAT PUMPS!

With the impending weather, please remember to switch to emergency/aux. heat setting on your thermostat. Freezing rain and ice can potentially damage your Heat Pumps. Running on emergency/aux. heat uses your electric or gas backup heat, but keeps your heat pump from running and could save on costly repairs! Ice built up on fan blades can damage the fan blade, motor, and/or coil. Please remain in this setting until the ice is gone!
