Employee Highlight Moment!
We have some of the most dedicated employees here and we want to show our appreciation for all they do for their coworkers, office staff and future of the entire company. In April we created what we call the "Big Toe" award. To earn this is a big deal, it means that your efforts to not only your own job but to the company and all those you work with have been noticed, you take the extra STEPS to TOE the weight. In April, the first recipent of the BIG TOE award was none other than Mr. Nate! Nate has been with Pelican for 3.5 years and now is the foreman of our powder coating system where he oversees the operations and insures the quality of the painted material for all of our projects. He is typically the first to arrive every morning, always makes sure his shop is sparkling clean, and is always making sure everything is in tip top shape and helps out every chance he can. Thank you Mr. Nate for you positive energy and attitude!
