Spent the day today demoing and rebuilding an eyebrow on a house. New framing, zip board drip edge,shingles,flashing and trim board and caulk to seal it up and keep the animals out

A 30’x60’ garage with an addition to the kitchen new stairway and entrance into the basement/spa room. New western red cedar Wayne’s coat on the walls and ceiling / faux beam. All new oak railing system,stairs and trim. New tile floors installed by Briggs renovation inc.

We are looking to hire a lead carpenter! Someone who takes pride in their work and is always thinking ahead to deliver an excellent job for our clients. Someone who can lead and be left with 1-2 laborers on some smaller projects such as siding, or framing. $30-$35/hour based on experience. (315)836-5666

Spa/sauna room we installed in a clients basement

A house on Barney st we remodeled over the winter. 4 bedrooms could be 5/6 bedrooms as the 3rd floor is huge. 2 bathrooms and a full basement with all new plumbing. This will be professionally cleaned and staged and be hitting the market soon

A kitchen remodel we gutted everything to the framing, insulated and installed a new subfloor repaired the joist, demoed a few interior walls to open it up added lvls to support the 2nd floor, 4 new windows a new door and all new hickory cabinets and some new lighting making this a much more enjoyable space for the owners

We are grateful for all of our clients from this year. We are looking forward to what next year brings. I hear a lot “ that’s probably to small for you to be interested in” or, “you only do big jobs” This is not the case, we are interested in serving all of our clients whether it’s a big or small job.
