ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE - SMALL TRACTS ROAD

HiEx Construction will be closing a section of Small Tracts Road for water main installation June 1st through approximately August 31st.

During this time, Small Tracts Road will be closed to through traffic within active work areas. Through traffic will be detoured via Mud Bay Road. Residents living within the affected portion of Small Tracts Rd and Small Tracts Spur will continue to have access from either end of Small Tracts Road.

As construction progresses, road closures will move through the project area. Individual closure zones are expected to be 200-400 ft in length. Residents whose driveways may be affected will be notified in advance. Residential and emergency vehicle access will be available during closures. Pedestrians and residents requiring access through an active work area should speak with on-site construction personnel, who will assist whenever it is safe to do so.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as these improvements are completed.
