I was given the opportunity to build trophy cases for the New Bloomfield Fire Co.
I repurposed the original case build by my uncle Carl Owen around 1980.
Keeping the top trophy case and building a new base cabinet. Added glass doors, lights and a coat of paint.
There is nothing fancy about this project. Just the fact that I was able to save what my uncle built, with a little upgrades.
Helping in the shop with this job is the one and only Richard Shuman and a couple fireman to help me load and unload.
