Motor bearings don't always last. The seal on these bearings were compromised, leaking out all the grease, causing the fan blade to fall off. In this situation, the fan blade caused damage to the refrigerant circuit, luckily the Condenser coil was okay. We were able to install a new filter drier, new fan motor and blade. Recharged and back to where it should be.
