Seems like it’s been foundation season here on our IG the last few weeks, but the good news is we have walls at this renovation in Amherst!

You might remember this site from the bedrock busting clip we posted. Our customer wanted a full size basement underneath the addition we’re building, and these walls are the last step of that process. Happy to make it happen for the client! ✔️

This one was a pretty awesome transformation to see from start to finish!

What started out as two small rooms was converted into one large dining space. After structural re-framing and drywall, we added some wainscoting, new sconces, and finally some made-in-Buffalo wallpaper. A major quality of life upgrade for the client on this collaboration with .co 🤝

Here’s a little preview of the exterior of this big addition we recently wrapped up in Amherst. Inside is a big kitchen upgrade, in-law suite and 1.5 new bathrooms.

We started this project over the winter which is definitely less than ideal here in Buffalo, but our crew roughed it out for a few weeks and got the exterior walls framed out so we could begin work on the inside.

A good bit of care was given to the design of the exterior to match the existing early 1900’s structure, including wooden siding and matching the dental trim details underneath the soffits. Expect a video soon on that process, as well as lots of interior stuff very soon! 🦬

Lots of progress at our future office space downtown!

Hvac / electrical and spray foam were recently finished, now we have a quick pre-drywall punchlist to knock out before the walls go up and the fun part can start. Looking forward to it! 🍻 🦢

Another new project is underway in East Aurora! Trees were cleared, the area was excavated, and footers were poured this week. Excited to show detailed progress of this one from start to finish ✔️
