Bad water leak fix! New exterior window, door, house wrap, siding and framing.

Driving rain, missing deck flashing and other contributors over time caused both top plates, header, king and jack stud to completely rot out around the basement door.

All replaced and water/air tight

Our customers wants lighting and more airflow so we installed 3 ceiling fans where none previously existed. We put our fans on a dedicated circuit running our wiring from the panel through the entire house only making one home in drywall to do so.
